Our process starts in the comfort of your home. Initially, we will discuss what you have in mind for your project. This may include a timeline, budget considerations, material usage, and ultimatly your vision for your project. This Initial Meeting is a chance to learn how we can help you by getting to know you, your project parameters, and the grounds that the project will take place on.
Preconstruction and Design
Setting the guidelines on how to work as a Team.

Our Pre-Construction Service Agreement creates a partnership between our clients and everyone at Sennes Design Build. This allows for us to engage directly with your project as we can develop initial plans, requirements, specifications, and budgeting.
Broken into three categories, this allows for Our Process to match your project desires.
Short form retainer (Small Design Concepts to get the “juices flowing”)
Design Retainer (Interior Remodeling)
Preconstruction Contract (full service Architectural/Remodeling/New Constructionwork)

This is where your passion for the outcome of your project starts to take shape.
If the client has not worked with an Architect or a Draftsman prior to this meeting, Sennes Design Build can begin the designing and planning of your project in a seamless transition. This is where we will further dive into existing and proposed conditions, material usage, and create renderings to help better visualize all components.
Our Design Team will propose an Initial Presentation. From here you will work with our Design Team to adjust the design to better reflect your vision.
Development and Planning
Structuring how and when your project manifests.

Your dedicated project manger will wrap all of the discussed details into a comprehensive and thourough scope of work along with the integrated selection sheet to outline exactly how you created your project. The plans and renderings will reflect these selections.

Your dedicated Project Manager works with you to give you an accurate and detailed description along with the finiancial impact of your selections. This stage will walk you through projected timelines, outline what is your responsibilty, and complete the necessary preconstruction requirements by the municipality.
Contract and Construction
Creating and meeting your Standards.

At Sennes Design Build, we take our time to ensure we give the utmost attention throughout the preconstruction and planning phases. This ensures that we have a clear route for achieving your goals and up to your standards.

Your dedicated Production Manager along with your dedication Project Manager handles every aspect of your project. This includes items such as ordering materials, permitting, scheduling, inspections, approvals, and much more. We bring a transparent scheduling process to our clients so you know what is going on before and during wheather your are local or not.
